Birthday Terms and Conditions

1. The deposit paid confirms the booking and is non refundable. Final payment to be made by Paypal at least two days prior to the party or upon arrival by cash.
2. A farm party is for a maximum of fifteen children unless prior arrangements have been made.
3. At least two adults (including the party hirer) must attend the party. Although the party host is DBS checked, the party hirer must be with the group at all times.
4. Party hirers must be aware of any relevant allergies, medical conditions and emergency contact telephone numbers of all the attending children.
5. Any allergies or relevant medical conditions must be told to the farm host upon arrival.
6. All visitors are expected to wear appropriate clothing for the farm, as recommended on www.sandfieldfarm.com
7. The hirer must ensure that all attendees adhere to the ‘On Farm Rules’ on the farm as stated on www.sandfieldfarm.com
8. The start time and finish time of the party will be clearly stated at the time of booking confirmation.
9. J E Harrison reserves the right to refuse an application or cancel a booking for reasons that are out of our control (e.g. unforeseen farm closures). J E Harrison will not incur any liability from refusal or cancellation. Any payment made by the hirer will be refunded in full
10. Cancellation must be given with as much notice as possible. The deposit of £30 is non-refundable.
